Synopsis: Richard Hughes is the director of the upcoming criminal thriller The Enforcer. This is his first cinematic film, following a few short films. In the movie, the Miami mafia boss Cuda (Antonio Banderas) adopts the burgeoning criminal Stray (Mojean Aria) and tries to teach him how to operate in it. Cuda decides to assist little Billie (Zolee Griggs) after he sees her participating in illicit activity. Cuda now has two aspiring criminals working for him in addition to his own illegal enterprise, and he works to aid and defend them from the shadowy mafia leaders.
